Appraised over 47 plantations in South Carolina from Georgetown County to Beaufort County

Completed over 75 Conservation and Facade Easements that have been given to Lowcountry Open Land, Beaufort Land Trust, Historic Charleston Foundation, Ducks Unlimited, Nature Conservancy, and others

Recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as one of the most experienced appraisers of easements in South Carolina
